Public Policy Impact on an American Corporation Due to the differences in mankind, issues and conflicts often occurred in history for a multiplicity of reasons and they still will occur in the future. But to improve the quality of life for everybody and because we are all supposed to be equal in some way, we definitely need to create laws, draw up guidelines and develop principles that might solve upcoming issues or at least minimize the harm for the unprivileged and socially disadvantaged part of people.
